Large-tonnage Stamping Production Line
Our company has 10 sets of 400T press machine and 16 sets of 160T press machine. The monthly production capacity reaches up to 1000 tons.

The high speed stamping production line comprises of uncoiler, levelling machine, high-speed press machine, and winding machine. The production equipment is suitable for processing parts for small-medium size chain. The high speed stamping production line helps us improve the production efficiency and reduce the cost, effectively.
Automatic Flat Top Chain Production Line
The automatic flat top chain production line offers internationally advanced processing technology. It comes with multiple stations and supports 11 processing procedures, including chain plate pre-coiling, secondary coiling, bending, forming, assembly, extrusion force testing, length testing, and some others, ensuring first class quality of the flat top chain.
Welding Robot
Coming with 6 axes, the articulated robot is employed for welding special accessories to the chain. The large-batch welding is carried out on high-efficiency dedicated equipment.
Numerical Control Flame Cutting Machine
The program control of the large-scale flame cutting machine makes this equipment suitable for manufacturing chains and processing non-standard parts for chain and chain plate in large size.
Multi-purpose Batch-type Furnace
The multi-purpose batch type-furnace is a kind of auto control atmosphere furnace manufactured with internationally leading technology. Apart from the mature carburizing technology, the production equipment is also installed with heat treatment device conforming to CQI-9 standard, ensuring the stable quality and the optimal mechanical performance of the chain parts.
Roller Type Mesh Belt Furnace
Our roller type mesh belt furnace is generally used for quenching, cleaning, and tempering during heat treatment of the chain parts. The furnace temperature and the protective atmosphere are under the real-time control of the monitoring system. The high accuracy of the temperature and the atmosphere ensures outstanding consistency and stability of the hardness and metallographic structure of the parts during batch production.
Gas Converter
The gas converter supports carburization and carbonitriding technology. Since the part overturns inside the furnace, the accurate hardening layer thickness and excellent surface hardness of the parts can be guaranteed.
